We offer a Money Back Guarantee for our first-time customers for one pair of pants. If you are unhappy with your first purchase, we will happily refund your first pair of pants (excl. shipping costs).
The money back guarantee is only available for your first pair. If you have purchased multiple items, we ask you to try one item first before opening and using the rest.
Please also note that you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
All we ask is that you provide a brief note about why the product wasn’t right for you or why you’d like to exchange.
Unopened Items in Original Packaging
We hope you'll be delighted with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return products in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, back to us within 14 days of receipt of goods for store credit or a refund (excl. shipping costs).

Once we've acknowledged your returns request, you will have 14 days to return the products to us.
Please note that you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Products that have been opened or damaged will not be refunded. This includes multipack products which must be returned unopened with all individual products intact.
We aim to issue refunds or grant store credits within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. All refunds are made via your original payment.
